SHINE Community Trust is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women through practical skills development, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our objective is to create an inclusive platform where women, particularly those with limited access to opportunities, can learn, earn, grow, and lead with confidence. Through hands-on training, mentorship, community partnerships, and entrepreneurship support, SHINE aims to help women achieve greater financial independence while creating a positive ripple effect within their families and communities. We believe that when one woman is empowered, a family grows stronger—and when women rise together, communities transform.
